Story

As long-time supporters of the Prince of Wales Hospice, we have decided to step up and show our support in another way by taking on some challenges over the summer.

First of all on 18th May, Louise, Elysia and Daniel will be lacing up their trainers and taking part in the Pontefract 10k.

Then in August, Tracey, Louise, Helen, and Elysia will be taking it to new heights by descending 160ft down the iconic Wakefield Cathedral.

Both us and the Hospice really appreciate any donation, big or small

The Prince of Wales Hospice has been providing care to people with a life-limiting illness since 1989. Our services are available to any adult from the Five Towns area of the Wakefield District.

Our vision describes how the future of the Hospice will look if we achieve our ultimate aims.

Our mission is our statement about the overall purpose of the Hospice.

Our values are our guiding principles which are at the heart of everything we do including how we care for our patients, their families, how we treat each other and how we interact with others generally.
