Story

Hello everyone on this very rainy January evening,

I am hoping to raise some funds for the amazing Prince of Wales Hospice and here is a little bit about why this year I am running for this cause in particular ❤️ 

2025 was a really tough year for me and my family. Its the year we lost my brother Christian to Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, after a very tough 18month of his condition worsening he passed away peacefully on the 16th July at the age of 34 with mum, me, Sean, Robin, Corey and Mel at his side. 

The Prince of wales Hospice were fantastic they gave Christian comfort, compassion and dignity. They provided vital end of life care that everyone should have access too and therefore I want to raise as much money as I can so they can support other people in similar circumstances.

Me and Mum are eternally greatful that they helped us make his final journey in life the best it could be even if he wasn't on board and was as always his stubborn self ❤️

Christian we love you and we miss you, please be with me as I try and knock some more time off and try get a PB 💪

Please everyone reading this even if its only a couple of pounds try and donate a little for such a worthy cause and push me to get round this 10k as fast as I can move! I can do this, for me, for POW Hospice and above all I can do this for Christian ❤️❤️
