Peter Newsome Yorkshire Wolds Way Walk

Throughout August, Castleford Spiritualist Church will be fundraising in support of The Prince of Wales Hospice, with all charity money raised going directly to this amazing charity.

On the 30th August to 5th September I will be taking on the 79 mile "Yorkshire Wolds Way Walk" in memory of my late wife Carol, to help raise funds for The Prince of Wales Hospice and support the incredible care they provide for local families.

Day 4: Breakfast with a lovely view down the valley, before setting off from Huggate to Wharram le Street - 12 miles which took 6 hours. x

Day 3: From All Saints church at Goodmanham to Huggate 13.5 miles today, got a bit wet but managed to miss most of the heavy rain.

The Prince of Wales Hospice has been providing care to people with a life-limiting illness since 1989. Our services are available to any adult from the Five Towns area of the Wakefield District.

Our vision describes how the future of the Hospice will look if we achieve our ultimate aims.
