I’m taking part in this sponsored walk to raise money for the Prince of Wales Hospice, a place that will always mean a great deal to me. My wonderful friend Edward spent the last six weeks of his life there after being diagnosed with glioblastoma. During an incredibly difficult time, the hospice cared for Edward with such kindness, dignity and compassion, while also providing invaluable support to his family and friends. I’ll be walking in Edward’s memory and to help the hospice continue to provide that same wonderful care to other patients and their families. Any donation, however small, would mean so much.
