Target’s End of Summer Charity BBQ

Story

We’re firing up the BBQ and raising money for The Prince of Wales Hospice!

On Friday 11th September, the Target team will be hosting our End of Summer Charity BBQ, with catering from the Caring Kitchen, bringing together our team, customers, local businesses and members of the local community for an afternoon of good food and fundraising.

Most importantly, we’ll be raising money for The Prince of Wales Hospice, helping to support the incredible work they do for patients and families in our local community.

We’re asking everyone attending the BBQ for a £5 donation, with the proceeds going to the Hospice, but you don’t have to be joining us on the day to get involved.

If you’d like to support our fundraiser, any donation – big or small – would be hugely appreciated.

We’re hoping to raise as much as we can for a fantastic local cause, so please donate if you can and help us make our End of Summer BBQ count.

The Prince of Wales Hospice has been providing care to people with a life-limiting illness since 1989. Our services are available to any adult from the Five Towns area of the Wakefield District.

Our vision describes how the future of the Hospice will look if we achieve our ultimate aims.

Our mission is our statement about the overall purpose of the Hospice.

Our values are our guiding principles which are at the heart of everything we do including how we care for our patients, their families, how we treat each other and how we interact with others generally.
