Hello and welcome to the Upton DayCare 2024 Elf Run donation page, we are taking part in this fun event to help raise money for The Prince of Wales Hospice, thank you for your support.

The Prince of Wales Hospice has been providing care to people with a life-limiting illness since 1989. Our services are available to any adult from the Five Towns area of the Wakefield District.

Our vision describes how the future of the Hospice will look if we achieve our ultimate aims.

Our mission is our statement about the overall purpose of the Hospice.

Our values are our guiding principles which are at the heart of everything we do including how we care for our patients, their families, how we treat each other and how we interact with others generally.
